Terms and Conditions – Travel & Tours Promo

Promo Mechanics:
1. This promo is valid for group bookings only.
2–4 pax: 10% discount
5–7 pax: 15% discount
8 pax and above: 20% discount
2. All bookings must be made at least 1 month in advance of the travel date to avail of the promo discount.
3. Discounts apply to the total package rate per group and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, vouchers, or special offers.
4. A 50% down payment is required upon booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before the travel date.
5. Promo discounts are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
6. Any booking made under this promo is subject to availability of slots, accommodations, and tour schedules.
7. In case of cancellation:
-Cancellation made 30 days or more before the travel date – subject to 20% cancellation fee.
-Cancellation made 15–29 days before the travel date – subject to 50% cancellation fee.
-Cancellation made 14 days or less before the travel date – 100% of the package cost will be forfeited.
8. Rebooking is allowed once, subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days before the original travel date.
9. The travel agency reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the itinerary due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances for the safety and comfort of guests.
10. By availing of this promo, the client agrees to abide by the agency’s rules, regulations, and policies.
